2025 Mediator’s Fees
Daily Rate
$3,300.00 inclusive of GST. Should the mediation extend beyond 6 hours, then $330.00 inclusive of GST for each hour or part thereof thereafter.

Half Day Rate
$1,650.00 inclusive of GST. Should the mediation extend beyond 4 hours, then $330.00 inclusive of GST for each hour or part thereof thereafter.

What is included in Anthony’s rates?
The rates referred to above include any preliminary conferences, preparation and reading of the mediator’s bundle of documents, irrespective of the number of parties to the dispute. There are no additional charges for mediations outside the Sydney metropolitan area. Anthony’s fees are apportioned as agreed between the parties.
